Her professional background includes roles with organizations such as Amref Health Africa, Jhpiego, and the United Nations Office at Nairobi, where she supported healthcare initiatives focused on clinical capacity building, emergency care, training programs, and health system development.
She also works as Medical Tourism & International Patient Services Officer at The Nairobi Hospital, where she supports coordination of international patient services and institutional partnerships in specialized healthcare delivery.
Her clinical background includes several years of experience in critical care and emergency nursing, including service in intensive care settings and participation in emergency response and healthcare training initiatives aimed at strengthening healthcare delivery systems.
Njeri holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Healthcare Management from Strathmore University, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Nairobi, and a Higher Diploma in Critical Care Nursing from The Nairobi Hospital School of Nursing.
