Noella Obetto is a clinical data professional with over four years of experience supporting clinical trials and public health programs across Kenya. Her work focuses on clinical data management, data coordination, and the transformation of health data into actionable insights that inform decision-making in both research and healthcare delivery.
She currently serves as a Clinical Data Specialist at IQVIA, where she contributes to the management and oversight of clinical trial data. Prior to this, she worked as a Clinical Data Coordinator at Aga Khan University Hospital, East Africa, where she supported the collection, validation, and management of clinical and research data across multiple programs. She also brings experience from USAID-supported projects as a Health Data Officer, where she was involved in health information systems, program data tracking, and reporting, as well as earlier field-level experience with Jhpiego in data collection and program implementation.
Noella has developed strong technical capabilities in data tools including Excel, SQL, Python, and Power BI, enabling her to support structured data workflows, reporting processes, and data visualization. Her work is grounded in ensuring data quality, consistency, and usability across clinical and public health contexts.
Within Amyloidosis Africa, Noella supports data coordination and monitoring activities, contributing to the structuring and tracking of program data across education initiatives, surveys, and emerging research and registry efforts. Her role supports the development of reliable data systems that underpin evidence generation and program evaluation.
She holds a background in Health Information Management and has further training in data science and clinical research, reflecting her commitment to continuous learning and the application of data-driven approaches in healthcare.
